1. What kinds of products do you sell?

Our products comprise herbs and botanicals derived from the tropical Ghanaian tropical forests.
Our products are quality products which gone through systematic quality control methods

2. In what forms are they sold?

The fresh herbs are firstly treated by removing all deleterious materials. They are sold as whole
herbs/botanicals or value-added by milling the product into powder. Note that we are not into
the extraction of the products.

3. What do I do when the requested plant is not in the list?

That’s no problem. You see we can’t list all the plants on this website. We’ve only listed the
common plants. Once it’s tropical, we’ll do our best to locate it here in Ghana. In the event that
this is unavailable in Ghana, we will recommend countries which have that particular plant.

4. Is it possible to send samples?

Yes, we can send a free sample of a kilo or two to the would-be buyer but please note that you’ll
be required to pay for the freight and phytosanitary certificate. Payment for such a service will
be via PayPal to: fordjour@msn.com

5. How about selling/buying large orders?

Payment will be made to a bank account, details of which will be provided once the buyer is
identified.
You’ll be required to send us a Purchase Order, sign all necessary documents before the supply.
But you’ll be required to make an 100℅ upfront payment before the order is carried out.

6. What postal service do you usually use?

There are various means, We can use the services of DHL, FedEx, EMS or ordinary Ghana Parcel
Post. The client will have to suggest which of the above he prefers.
